Example Workflow
All of the processing you do in OrderFlow centers around the custom order workflow that you will set up.
The order workflow defines the sequence of actions and decisions your team takes when processing orders.
Here is an example order workflow for a hypothetical store that makes custom jewelry:
When a new order comes in, the first thing we do is make a decision as to whether the material for this order has already been cut or not.
If the answer is no, processing continues with the next step directly beneath it, which is Cut Material. After cutting the material, we move on to the Engrave step, at which point processing is done and our order is ready for shipment.
If the material has already been cut, then we proceed directly to the Engrave step.
